Running SSL Checks
Use the checker to scan one domain or a bulk list. Results include certificate dates, issuer details, protocol support, grade scoring, and security findings.
- Use hostnames without protocol prefixes for best results.
- Run bulk checks for domain fleets and client audits.
- Sign in before scanning if you want results saved to your dashboard.
Setting Up Monitoring
Monitoring rules watch certificates over time and send renewal or security alerts to the configured notification email.
- Select a saved domain from the monitoring page.
- Choose the check frequency and expiry warning window.
- Enable alert types that matter for the workflow.
Reports & Compliance Evidence
Reports help document SSL posture for reviews, audits, and internal renewal planning.
- Use saved results as evidence of certificate state.
- Export data for compliance and security review records.
- Use Professional access for advanced reporting workflows.
Admin Management
Admins can manage users, subscriptions, announcements, contact feedback, email settings, Google Services, and spam controls.
- Configure Google sign-in under Admin Settings.
- Use Contact Feedback to mark, clear, or bulk delete spam.
- Use User Management for subscription access and account cleanup.
Troubleshooting
Most issues fall into scan connectivity, account access, or external service configuration.
- If a scan fails, confirm the hostname resolves publicly and port 443 is reachable.
- If Google sign-in fails, verify Client ID, Client Secret, and Redirect URI match Google Cloud.
- If alerts are missing, check monitoring notification email and server mail settings.
