SSL Checks

What does an SSL check analyze?

SSLYTICS reviews certificate validity, issuer, SAN coverage, expiration window, protocol support, cipher posture, and common certificate-chain issues.

Can I check multiple domains?

Yes. Bulk domain checks are available from the checker. Free accounts are limited by monthly usage, while paid plans unlock broader usage.

Why does a domain fail a scan?

Common causes include DNS resolution failures, blocked ports, expired certificates, incomplete chains, unsupported TLS versions, or temporary server connectivity issues.

Monitoring

How often can certificates be monitored?

Monitoring supports daily, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-quarterly, and annual schedules depending on account access and configuration.

Who receives alert emails?

The notification email configured on each monitoring rule receives expiry and security alerts for that rule.

Can free users use monitoring?

Monitoring and alerting are paid-plan features. Free users can still run basic manual SSL checks.

Billing & Access

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The free plan does not require a credit card.

What is included in Professional?

Professional includes unlimited SSL checks, advanced analysis, bulk domain checking, real-time monitoring and alerts, compliance reporting, and API access.

Can an admin gift a subscription?

Yes. Admins can gift and manage user subscription access from the admin panel.

Accounts

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. Google sign-in is available when Google Services are configured in the admin settings.

Where are saved results stored?

Authenticated users can save and review SSL results from their dashboard.

How do I get help?
